To get started, you need at least one machine ready and connected to the workflow in ComfyDeploy. Follow this step-by-step guide to begin:

Setup a basic machine

Go to the machines page, click the New Machine button, and select Empty Serverless Machine.

Customize your machine

Customize your machine with a name, gpu, custom nodes, and comfyui version.

Add custom nodes (optional)

All custom nodes in ComfyUI manager are available in the list. Search and add the ones you plan to use.

Wait for the machine to be ready

Click into the machine to see its status. It will take a few minutes to be ready. Check for any errors in the machine logs.

A basic machine usually takes around 20 seconds to be ready. Build time increases with the number of custom nodes.

Create a new workflow

Go to the workflows page and click the “Create Workflow” button.

Name it and pick a template

Choose a template to start with a basic workflow.

Select a machine for the workflow

Select the machine you created in the previous steps.

Start editing your workflow!
